The surgery has free car parking at the rear of the building with 3 dedicated spaces for disabled patients at the front and we ask that able-bodied patients leave these free.  

The nearest bus route to the practice is the 125 which stops on Chorley Old Road. You should get off at either Morrisons or Ivy Road, depending on which part of town you are coming from. You will then need to walk from the bus stop to the practice which takes approx 10 mins. 

The surgery is situated all on the ground level with automated doors into the reception area. Once inside the building the reception and consulting rooms are found on the ground floor.  

The staff speak their native language, some speak additional languages such as Urdu, Portuguese, Gujarati and we also use language line for multi- international patients.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours

Outside of normal surgery hours urgent medical attention can be obtained by phoning 01204 462880. You will be given the number for Out of Hours.

Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
